Aleisha is the visionary leader who brought Hidden Cove Hair Studio to life. With over 23 years of experience under her belt, her passion for hairdressing shines through in every transformative experience she creates for hidden coves clients.
Aleisha is a master colourist, renowned for her ability to tackle even the most challenging hair concerns. From meticulously correcting colour mishaps to seamlessly blending and concealing greys, she possesses the expertise to deliver stunning results, Since Aleisha has stepped back from seeing clients she has dedicated her time and skills to supporting her team. she is a life-long learner, constantly seeking to stay ahead of the curve with the latest hair trends and techniques. As a natural leader, she fosters a collaborative and supportive environment for her team, creating a space where everyone feels valued and empowered. Her vision is for all clients to feel welcomed and heard whilst always being able to enjoy the skills and talent of every stylist hidden cove has to offer.
Clients will often find Aleisha at the forefront of your consultation offering her formulation and foil placement recommendations no matter which stylist you shall choose. Additionally, as the Director, Aleisha plays a key role in shaping the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at Hidden Cove Hair Studio, ensuring every client feels comfortable and understood.
Emma - Advanced senior stylist & Floor Manager
Meet Emma, our Manager at Hidden Cove Hair Studio!
She combines her passion for creating stunning blondes with a dedication to ensuring a smoothly running salon and a vibrant atmosphere.
Emma is renowned for her blonde expertise. From bold and dramatic platinum transformations to sun-kissed beachy waves, she possesses the skills and vision to craft the perfect level of blonde to complement your unique features and desired style. Additionally, Emma has had extensive advanced training in all modern techniques making her our Advanced Senior stylist. she has helped create the signature blonde techniques of Hidden Cove, renowned for her Noosa blonde up Transformations and the bright blonde hidden cove is known for.
Beyond her blonde magic, Emma is a leader and a collaborator. As the Salon floor Manager, she expertly oversees daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and clients. Her collaborative spirit fosters a positive and supportive environment within the team. As the brains behind the trending Tik tok account, Emma also contributes to the salon's vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and understood.
Hayley - Extensionist & Intermediate Stylist

This intermediate stylist is already making waves (pun intended!) with her talent for creating the perfect blonde shade, using the signature techniques of Hidden Cove.
Hayley's infectious enthusiasm and dedication to always up skilling and learning make her a valuable addition to the Hidden Cove team. She's always eager to help and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for every client

All though Hayley is our intermediate hairstylist, she’s fully qualified in weft and ktip extension applications and it one the most highly request extensionist on the coast. Addison - Extensionist and Nanoplasty specialist
She's a stylist to watch, determined to master every technique and create stunning results for each client. As a baby stylist, she's always eager to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced team. With every client, she strives to exceed expectations and deliver results you'll love.
While she is flying through her apprenticeship she has done advanced education to be a qualified & specialize in Weft Extensions and Nanoplasty hair straighting.

Emily - Senior Stylist
Emily is a seasoned stylist with 9+ years of experience creating magic in the salon world. Specializing in gorgeous high impactful blondes, and low maintenance lived in colour techniques, she’s mastered custom placements through specialized training and masterclasses.
Always ahead of the curve, Emily has also completed advanced courses in detailed bobs and bangs, continually educating herself on current trends. Her signature styles include chic bobs with curtain bangs and flowy layered cuts that exude sophistication. Whether it's a creamy lived-in blonde or a high-impact look, Emily brings her unique flair.
