Our Booking Policy

At Hidden Cove we strive for your complete satisfaction with our hair services. If you are not entirely happy with your colour service, we offer a two-week amendment period for complimentary adjustments. After this period, any additional changes will be chargeable.

For hair extensions, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service cost, as the hair is reserved exclusively for you. We also provide a two-week adjustment period for any slipping or readjustment needs.

If your hair is altered, corrected or worked on by another salon during your two week adjustment period, your two-week adjustment with hidden cove will no longer apply.

When booking online, a 50% deposit of the total service cost will be charged. If you cancel or reschedule within the appropriate timeframe, using the app this deposit will be refundable. However, if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule outside of our 48 hour policy, the deposit will be forfeited. For appointments not booked online, a 50% of the service fee will be charged.
